- Project management support to short-staffed nonprofit and for-profit affordable housing developers, 

- Technical assistance to market rate developers unfamiliar how to structure a feasible affordable housing project to meet inclusionary obligations and/or leverage CA State Density Bonus law,

- Technical assistance to organizations with affordable housing development aspirations,

- California Prevailing Wage and Federal Davis Bacon labor standards compliance and wage monitoring services. RU-Monitor LLC Labor Compliance is a subsidiary of RENEW URBAN created specifically for this purpose.
